TALI PRASAD

DIRECTOR & CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

MEET YOUR THERAPIST...

As a therapist, I deeply honor the courage and vulnerability involved in engaging in therapy and committing to your own wellbeing. I have had the  privilege to work with people from all walks of life for over 7 years, guiding them toward self-understanding, empowerment and healing, and helping them shift from survival mode toward a more kinder, freer,  and fulfilling life. My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, curious and grounded. My work is centered on building a deeply relational foundation, building meaningful and trusting relationships with my clients, as I believe this connection is the foundation for lasting change. At the core of my work is a deep belief in the human capacity for healing.

I am passionate about supporting people to develop deeper awareness of their experiences, uncover inner strengths, develop their capacity to tolerate, understand, and safely process feelings, break ingrained unhelpful patterns such as limiting beliefs and harmful inner narratives, and address persistent emotional and relational patterns that are self-defeating. I am also passionate about helping my clients rebuild self-worth, their sense of safety and connection, and navigate life's complexities with confidence and wholeness that allows them to thrive.

My commitment is to move beyond surface level management, and facilitate change and healing at the root. This process is about holding space for reflection, growth, and facilitating reconnection to your whole self.

If my approach resonates with you,  I warmly invite you to book an appointment.

Because I am passionate and committed to ensuring our work is actively leading to meaningful change, I can be abit enthusiastic in regularly utilising brief questionnaires to track your progress and experience of our sessions and therapeutic relationship. I then use this information to assess whether our work together is leading to clinically reliable and meaningful change. Clinically Reliable Change (CRC) is an evidence-based method  used to objectively track whether the shifts you are making are clinically significant and sustained over time. ODIN
UNOFFICIAL PAW-FRESSIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL

Odin is The Holding Space's resident support animal. He is a  super soft, calm and cuddly 6-year-old Samoyed with a big heart  and you might see him lounging around the clinic and in session from time to time. Being the paw-fressional that he is however, Odin will only attend sessions with your consent and arrangements made with your therapist Tali.

Odin offers free supportive cuddles to our clients. He is very fond of pats, playing fetch, showing off his tricks, and will never say no to a treat.  He is an extremely gentle, social, loving and loyal animal, who hopes to brighten your experience at The Holding Space with his big smiley face.

Choosing the right therapist is a personal and important decision. If you're ready to find a safe and compassionate space to begin your journey toward clarity and healing,

I invite you to connect with me.
